Refund Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for paid subscriptions to the Assistly application and website (the “Service”), operated by Zigzag Technologies (“Assistly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It supplements the refund terms in our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription billing
Assistly Pro is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
2. Try before you subscribe
Assistly offers a free plan so you can install the app, confirm it runs on your system, and explore the core features before you pay for anything. Because all purchases are final (see below), we encourage you to use the free plan first to make sure Assistly is right for you.
3. All sales are final
All payments for Assistly Pro are final and non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans, to renewal charges, and to partially used billing periods. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of charges already made.
The only exceptions are billing errors (section 5) and any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law (section 6).
4. Cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the Billing section of your account at app.tryassistly.com, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal. When you cancel:
- Your cancellation stops the next automatic renewal and any future charges.
- You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — charges already made are not refunded (see section 3 above).
- At the end of that period, your account reverts to the free plan. Your account and data are not deleted by cancelling.
5. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge you did not authorize — contact us at support@tryassistly.com with the details and we will review and correct it.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where such laws apply, we will honor them.
